SPA - Therapist

At Lush, we're passionate about improving your sense of well-being, so you can feel your best self. We're looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists to join our team on a 24 or 32 hour contract.

The successful candidate will start on Monday 14th September or earlier and complete at least 4 weeks of onboarding at their assigned location in Birmingham. They will then attend a 6-week training course at the Lush Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Lush Spa Treatments following set routines and standards
• Represent the Lush Spa on the shop floor and across the business
• Look after clients' experiences, making sure their journey runs smoothly
• Support the day-to-day running of the spa
• Book and upsell treatments using our booking system
• Maintain high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene…)
• Be responsible for your own wellbeing using the available tools that are provided
• Train your colleagues and new starters in your skill set
• Give and receive clear feedback
• Keep product & treatment knowledge up to date
• Support stock control

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise:

• An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage
• Practical work experience within a similar role performing body massages and facials
• Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments
• Passionate about representing the LUSH brand, ethics and products both on the shop floor and in the Spa
