Electrician - Level II

We are seeking an experienced Electrician - Level II to join our Manufacturing team in Pune, India. As an Electrician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment and facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical repairs and maintenance of manufacturing equipment
• Conduct preventive, emergency, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities
• Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and diagnose machine and equipment-related issues
• Update maintenance records and work orders in the Cummins MAXIMO system
• Collaborate with the assigned team and support teams to achieve business goals
• Participate in continuous improvement activities to improve quality, safety, process, material flow, and employee development

Requirements:

• High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience
• 3-4 years of relevant maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Hands-on maintenance experience with CNC machines, robots, SPMs, washing machines, conveyors, nut runners, and other production equipment
• Strong working knowledge of FANUC and Siemens controllers
• Hands-on experience with Siemens, Mitsubishi, and B&R PLC systems
• Familiarity with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
