Description
As the PE & Growth Investor Partnerships at ElevenLabs, you will build and scale one of our most strategic growth channels. You will own relationships with leading PE & Growth Investor firms, embed ElevenLabs into their Enterprise Value Creation programs, and drive AI adoption across portfolio companies.
Operating at the intersection of PE, Growth Investors, enterprise AI, & GTM, you will partner with Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, portfolio executives, and our Sales organization to source, accelerate, and close opportunities. You’ll work closely with the Global Head of BD & Partnerships & all regional GTM leads to define the strategy while owning execution across multiple PE & Growth Investor relationships.
Your success will be measured by your ability to build a scalable investor partner ecosystem that consistently generates enterprise pipeline and ARR.
In your first 6 - 9 months, you will:
- Launch the ElevenLabs Private Equity & Growth Investor Partner Program.
- Recruit and activate 8–10 leading PE and growth investor partners, securing ElevenLabs’ inclusion in their Value Creation and portfolio engagement programs.
- Build a repeatable GTM engagement model between investor operating teams and ElevenLabs to accelerate portfolio company adoption, pipeline generation, and deal velocity.
- Establish a foundation for a scalable, partner-sourced ARR business.
Responsibilities:
- Build and manage executive relationships with Operating Partners, Value Creation leaders, and investment professionals across leading PE & Growth investor firms.
- Structure and negotiate partnership agreements, joint GTM plans, referral models, and enterprise value programs.
- Become the trusted AI partner for PE firms looking to accelerate value creation across their portfolio.
- Identify high-priority portfolio companies and develop joint account plans with PE operating teams.
- Coordinate with Enterprise AEs, FDEs, Customer Success, and Product to drive AI deployments from initial introduction through production.
- Help portfolio companies identify high-value AI use cases and accelerate adoption.
- Own pipeline generation and ARR sourced through PE partnerships.
- Build and maintain a rolling portfolio company pipeline across assigned sponsors.
- Drive executive introductions, accelerate deal velocity, and expand successful deployments across additional portfolio companies.
- Partner closely with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Customer Success to execute PE opportunities.
- Develop repeatable GTM playbooks, executive engagement models, and portfolio-wide AI adoption frameworks.
- Represent ElevenLabs at PE conferences, operating partner forums, and executive events.
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
- Have 8–12+ years of experience in Enterprise AI, Cloud, or enterprise software, with a focus on strategic partnerships involving Private Equity and Growth Investors.
- Have experience working with PE firms, Growth Investors, Operating Partners, Value Creation teams, or PE-backed portfolio companies.
- Have a track record of building strategic partnerships that generate measurable pipeline and revenue.
- Have strong executive presence and can engage credibly with Managing Partners, Operating Partners, CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, and investment professionals.
- Have successfully navigated complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Are comfortable discussing AI platforms and enterprise technology with both business and technical audiences.
- Thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and enjoy building new partnership motions from the ground up.
- Are highly commercial, operate with urgency, and consistently create opportunities where none previously existed.
