Agency Communications Analyst

We're seeking an Agency Communications Analyst to join our marketing, distribution & partnership team. As part of our mission to help a billion people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives by 2030, you'll play a vital role in advancing our movement.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing the communications strategy for all strategic initiatives of the agency distribution channel.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a communication framework to engage and support the Agency Distribution Channel
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy
• Write, edit, and distribute content, including publications and marketing materials
• Work with Incentive and Events Officers to determine campaign audiences and create promotion strategies
• Enhance the reputation of the agency distribution channel and coordinate with the Brand and Communications Team
• Design promotion materials and collaterals for distribution to the agency force
• Identify channels for distributing promotion materials and collaterals
• Manage and maximize the content calendar for all agency-related communications
• Monitor actual spend on promotional materials
• Prepare reviews of communications strategy
• Establish communication platforms to increase agency engagement
• Integrate brand equity and visual identity features in all initiatives and communication materials
• Manage conflicts and escalate to management as needed

Requirements:

• Graduate of a communication or business-related course
• Background in communications preferred
• Proficient in MS Office, presentation software, design, and publishing software
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Creativity and innovativeness
• Basic project management skills
• Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work well with a team
