Post-Production Lead

ElevenLabs is seeking a Post-Production Lead to join its Productions team, which offers managed services for creators and media businesses. As a Post-Production Lead, you will lead a team of talented Audio Engineers, create and refine custom voices for customers, clean and edit audio, and provide technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of talented Audio Engineers
• Create, refine, and iterate on custom voices for ElevenLabs customers using different techniques
• Clean, edit, and prepare customer audio to ensure optimal cloning and generation quality
• Provide hands-on training and technical guidance on ElevenLabs tools and best practices
• Join customer calls, support creative direction, and act as a fractional audio engineer for their workflows

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in audio engineering, sound design, mixing/mastering, or related media fields
• Experience working directly with clients, creative teams, or technical stakeholders
• Strong proficiency with DAWs (e.g., Pro Tools, Reaper, Logic, Ableton)
• Deep intuition for voice characteristics, timbre, clarity, and performance nuance
• Ability to translate ambiguous customer needs into clear audio and voice-design solutions
