As a Lead Data Scientist, you'll help supercharge user engagement and build a bank that customers truly love. You'll lead the data strategy, develop best practices for experimentation, and collaborate with leaders across product, engineering, design, and research.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the data strategy and continue to evolve Monzo for our customers
- Develop and execute best practices for experimentation
- Collaboratively set standards and work with data across Monzo
- Work closely with leaders in product, engineering, design, and research
Requirements:
- Enjoy working with cross-functional teams
- Think strategically about commercial products and data-driven decisions
- Excited about mentoring other data scientists and analytics engineers
- Experience with experimentation and new data techniques
- Willing to challenge the status quo
