Join our team at M&S as a Customer Assistant in Operations. You'll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, working behind the scenes to ensure our shop floor stays full, clean, and ready for our customers to shop.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working across the wider store where needed, adapting to the pace and demands of retail
- Using digital tools confidently to track deliveries and manage stock efficiently
- Being a team player, working across functions and supporting colleagues across the store
- Maintaining flexibility, working early morning deliveries to shifting stock late into the day
Work Pattern: Week 1: Monday 10:00-14:00 Tuesday 05:00-09:00 Wednesday 05:00-09:00 Thursday 05:00-09:00 Saturday 05:00-09:00
Week 2: Sunday 06:00-10:00 Monday 05:00-09:00

Additional Information: Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
