Director, HR Domain Architect

The Director, HR Domain Architect defines and governs the architectural framework for the HR Digital & Tech Domain, ensuring that technology decisions support business goals and enable the successful delivery of domain Products.

Responsibilities:

• Define and maintain the architectural framework, standards, and schematics for the HR Digital & Tech Domain
• Introduce and govern a Domain Standards Catalogue
• Partner with senior Business and IT stakeholders to guide domain technology decisions
• Lead business case development for new technology investments
• Provide architectural guidance to Solution Architects and delivery teams
• Produce and maintain architecture artefacts for the domain
• Support compliance and governance processes
• Assess architectural compliance and technical debt trends within the domain
• Track and report key architecture KPIs for the domain
• Lead your team in using approved AI tools to improve productivity and ways of working

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field
• 19 to 25 years in architecture or technical design roles
• Demonstrated ability to define architectural patterns, standards, or frameworks
• Experience reviewing and guiding solution designs
• Practical experience documenting domain models, interface specifications, and other architectural artefacts
• Exposure to evaluating technology decisions and advising stakeholders
• Experience collaborating with business and product teams
• HR Domain experience
• Experience on Workday, skills platform, learning platforms, SAP SuccessFactors, Microsoft Azure
