We offer a hybrid work arrangement, with a salary range of USD 90,000-110,000 per year. As a BCBA with our organisation, you will conduct intake evaluations, design treatment plans, supervise behaviour technicians, and provide support to families.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake evaluations, including functional behavioural assessments and skills assessments
- Design treatment plans of care
- Supervise and monitor the progress of behaviour technicians
- Design positive behavioural treatment and skill acquisition plans with individualised goals
- Supervise and train ABA technicians
- Provide support during family conversations and ensure parents understand assessment results and treatment recommendations
- Graph data, adjust strategies as needed, and provide routine progress summaries
Requirements:
- Valid BCBA certificate
- Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities
- Vehicle required for travel between assignments, and valid driver's license
Schedule: Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed. Up to 25% travel required.
