Responsable de Plancher (Temps Partiel)

We are seeking a Floor Manager to join our team at Carrefour Laval in Laval. As a Floor Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service, developing and coaching the sales team, and maintaining daily store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide memorable and personalized customer experiences, building relationships with customers and exceeding their expectations.
• Execute sales programs expertly and coach others to do the same.
• Develop product expertise, staying up-to-date on Mejuri products and launches.
• Assist the team in implementing customer-centric campaigns and business development strategies.
• Achieve key performance indicators, focusing on team and individual goals.
• Maintain operational processes that positively impact sales, reduce expenses, and drive business growth.
• Support the management team in identifying new sales opportunities and generating traffic.
• Develop business through customer profiling, prospecting, and strengthening existing customer relationships.
• Manage sales floor operations, coaching the sales team and providing real-time feedback.
• Provide critical insights and recommendations daily.

Operations:

• Oversee daily operational workflows, adhering to standard procedures, including store opening and closing, inventory management, and staff supervision.
• Process various transactions, such as purchases, returns, and exchanges.
• Manage inventory tasks, including shipping, receiving, and stock transfers.
• Collaborate with store management to improve daily operations and implement systems and tools.
• Ensure 100% compliance with physical store maintenance.

Visual Merchandising:

• Analyze key performance indicators and monitor stock levels to create a productive sales environment.
• Support visual merchandising managers during campaign implementation.
• Track deadlines for visual merchandising initiatives.
• Maintain daily visual displays and report damaged products.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a high-traffic retail environment.
• Adaptability, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
• Critical thinking and action planning.
• Physical demands: standing for 8 hours, lifting 23 kg.
• Occasional evening, weekend, and holiday work required.

This role offers a base salary between $21 and $22 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
