As a Fruit & Veg Team Leader at Morrisons, you will lead the Fruit & Veg team to maintain fresh produce, vibrant displays, and well-stocked shelves for local shoppers. You will inspire your team to deliver friendly, helpful service, reduce waste, and keep quality high through careful stock handling. You will also coordinate day-to-day department communication, create an engaging environment, and analyse department data to simplify routines and ensure safety guidelines are met.
