Job Details:
- Starting hourly rate: $16.50 USD per hour
- Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Opportunities to develop skills in guest service, retail business fundamentals, and operations
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent guest service and support
- Work efficiently and as a team to deliver for guests
- Stock, set, and sell Target products
- Adapt to current technology needs
- Resolve guest questions quickly
- Lift or move merchandise up to 40 pounds
Requirements:
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
