Sales Manager, Commercial Grower (Healthcare)

Job Summary

As a Sales Manager, Grower Healthcare at Stripe, you will play an instrumental role in fueling Stripe's growth through defining the vertical sales motion and GTM processes needed to grow and expand Stripe product adoption with existing customers.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop and lead a team of Account Executives who focus on mid-market and SMB businesses
• Be accountable for driving product attach and increasing share of wallet to deliver revenue at high rates of growth
• Work with senior leadership to develop the long-term vision and strategy for the Healthcare team, and manage day-to-day operations with a focus on performance against key sales and growth metrics
• Coach and guide the team in developing consultative and solution-based sales skills
• Inspire, motivate and enable development of team members to promote career growth and impact for Stripe
• Work collaboratively and cross-functionally across the organization to implement programs that drive overall efficiency for the team
• Deeply understand the needs of Healthcare customers to shape Stripe's products and solutions to meet their needs
• Play a personal and direct role in building and maintaining enduring customer relationships, up to C-level.

Requirements

• 4+ years selling technology to Healthcare companies
• 8+ years of relevant sales experience
• 3+ years of closing experience in mid-market or enterprise sales, OR 3+ years experience managing a closing team
• Experience forecasting and managing a high growth business
• Ability to hire, train and coach a high-performance sales team
• Ability to build executive relationships with existing customers
• Ability to understand and articulate technical concepts, and translate them into industry- or business-relevant terms
