Technology & Innovation Engineer

We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

As part of this role, you will work closely with our engineers and technicians to design, develop, and implement innovative solutions to improve our racing cars.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop new systems and components for our racing cars
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and systems
• Analyse data and test results to inform design decisions
• Collaborate with suppliers and partners to procure new technologies and materials
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g. mechanical, electrical, computer science)
• Experience with CAD design and simulation tools (e.g. CATIA, MATLAB)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
