Description
Logitech is seeking an NPI Manufacturing Project / Program Management professional to lead a project team to achieve the manufacturing project launch. The successful candidate will drive project progress across BU PMs, R&D Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers, ensuring all manufacturing tasks are completed on time and correctly.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a project team to achieve the manufacturing project launch
- Conduct and coordinate among the manufacturing team and BG PMs on new product launch tasks
- Drive project progress across BU PMs, R&D Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers
- Provide good visibility of project status to management
- Identify and mitigate risks
- Establish good working models to enhance manufacturing program/project management capability
- Support Finished Goods (FG) project sustaining requests from FG GSM
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects
- Good communication skills for cross-functional discussions
- Ability to execute on commitments and face reality
- Fluent English speaker and writer
- Experience with tools such as MS Project, WBS, R&R, Risk analysis, and critical path
