Intern Customer Service

We are seeking an Intern for our Customer Service team in Munich, Germany. As an Intern, you will gain comprehensive insights into the operational processes of an international FMCG company over a six-month period. You will support the team in daily operations, take on independent tasks, and contribute to smaller projects.

The focus of this role is on managing product and master data, supporting the order-to-cash process, and collaborating with internal interfaces. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing and ensuring the quality of product data in the 1WorldSync database
• Supporting the administration of master data and ensuring high data quality for internal and external interfaces
• Assisting the Customer Service team in the order-to-cash process, handling customer inquiries, orders, and complaints
• Working closely with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics, Planning, Marketing, and Finance
• Contributing to continuous process optimization and improvement in Customer Service

Requirements:

• Currently studying Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field
• Interest in Customer Service, supply chain processes, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable work style with attention to detail
• Analytical thinking and ability to work with data, numbers, and processes
• Excellent English and German language skills, both written and spoken
• Good communication skills and team-oriented work style
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, is beneficial but not required
