Specialist/Consultant, Investigations, Compliance

We are seeking a Specialist/Consultant, Investigations, Compliance to join our team in Singapore.

The role involves carrying out investigations of complaints and misconduct activities, reviewing marketing materials, and conducting regular sales compliance reviews to mitigate regulatory and compliance risks.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle complaints and feedback from whistle-blowers, regulators, and others
• Conduct independent investigations into customer complaints and misconduct allegations
• Review product, sales, and marketing materials for accuracy and compliance
• Deliver compliance and ethics training and awareness activities
• Participate in team initiatives to enhance the market conduct framework
• Conduct regular sales compliance reviews and assurance testing
• Identify control lapses and work on remediation plans
• Collaborate with supervisors to promote a desirable culture within the sales force

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Economics, or Accountancy
• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, preferably in the insurance or financial sector
• CMFAS RES5 (or M5), M9, M9A, and HI certifications are helpful but not compulsory
• Proficient in data mining and processing applications, with good communication and analytical skills
