Internship Student & Field Marketing

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of global partnership strategies by assisting in research, coordination, and documentation to help align partner contributions with event objectives.
• Build and share partnership briefings, agendas, and guidance for different aspects of the events with the countries.
• Assist in coordinating with partners and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and integration during event planning and execution.
• Contribute to the development and organization of merchandising projects, supporting tasks from concept development to production follow-up.
• Manage global merchandise shipping and related logistics processes to ensure timely delivery, quality control, and seamless execution across all participating markets.
• Maintain and update internal databases and presentation materials for Global Brand Projects, ensuring consistency and accuracy across pitch decks, recaps, and related documents.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently graduated with a University Degree (Business Administration/Marketing/Event Management) or equivalent practical experience
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• First Experience in working with events, Red Bull events ideally
• Proficient in MS Office Skills (Excel & PowerPoint)
• Exceptional attention to detail, process-driven and structured thinking
• High committed, flexible, proactive, and energetic with a positive attitude
• A fast learner who is self-motivated and able to work independently, well-organized
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving mentality and a team player attitude
• Social/digital native
• Experience in the field as a Student Marketeer is a plus

Salary

• The minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position is € 2.221,00 gross per month.
