Senior AIOps Engineer

Join Razer's global mission to revolutionize gaming as a Senior AIOps Engineer.

You'll lead technical delivery on our AIOps initiative backlog, mentor junior team members, and own operational data analysis for our payment platform.

Responsibilities:

• Technical Delivery , Machine Learning: Apply ML models to logs, metrics, and transaction data in Python.
• Technical Delivery , AI Orchestration: Design and build workflows chaining AI/LLM tools into operational pipelines.
• Technical Delivery , Automation / RPA: Build automation in Python to eliminate repetitive infra/support work.
• Analyst Function: Own SLI/SLO definition and tracking for critical payment services.
• Mentorship: Structured mentoring of Junior and Intern team members.
• Cross-functional: Partner with DevOps/SRE/Platform to reduce MTTD/MTTR.

Requirements:

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
• 5+ years in DevOps, SRE, Platform Engineering, or Operational/Data Analytics.
• Python (primary) and PHP or Node.js (secondary).
• Practical exposure to ML fundamentals, AI orchestration, automation/RPA, or data analysis.
• Prior experience mentoring or leading junior engineers.

Nice to have:

• Payments, FinTech, or banking experience.
• AWS/GCP/Azure.
• Container/orchestration platforms.
• Messaging/event-streaming systems.
• PCI DSS or regulated-environment experience.
