Description
We are seeking a creative and independent Test for Reliability Engineer to join our NVIDIA Networking unit. You will be responsible for transferring Network Silicon ICs products from design engineering to mass production.
You will be exposed to various aspects of design, DFT, and test of NVIDIA network IC products, and will be responsible for definition and development of tests for reliability stressing of Network-ICs. Your responsibilities will include working with production test and HW teams.
Responsibilities:
- Implement IC accelerated stress tests and reliability testing of Integrated Circuit devices
- Lead IC reliability activities on various product lines and cutting-edge technologies
- Develop test patterns and test programs for reliability evaluation
- Investigate and debug test patterns, including HW issues
- Develop and improve work procedures and methodologies
- Work with analog and digital design teams, DFT, and Backend team for reliability stress and test definitions and problem solving
- Develop and integrate system-level testing for accelerated life-test
Requirements:
- B.Sc. degree in Electrical/Computer engineering, Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience with IC test development
- Experience with UltraFlex or/and other IC testers/HTOL ovens
- Good communication skills with diverse teams and functional groups
- Strong problem-solving skills and methodical thinking

- Multi-tasking capabilities
- High self-learning skills and independence level
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of IC testing/DFT
- Knowledge of board design
- Background with semiconductor manufacturing process
- Experience working with subcontractors and Vendors
