Primary Care Business Partnering, Consultant

We are seeking a Primary Care Business Partnering, Consultant to manage a panel of GP Providers that provides medical services with cashless facility to cover members of AIA health insurance policies.

The successful candidate will build cordial business relationships with panel providers through regular dialogues, communications, and promotion/marketing activities.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provider Engagement: creating GP Clinic Dialogues presentation decks, providing and receiving feedback from providers, monitoring behavior, and evaluating performance
• Relationship Management/Communication: overseeing complaint handling, conducting provider training sessions, and communicating new procedures and updates
• Cost Management: supporting special projects that may incur significant savings and impact medical inflation
• Patient Steerage Strategy: proactively managing the allocation and promotion of health events to preferred partners

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in private general clinic practices
• Medical background (desirable)
• Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia
• Knowledge of current healthcare delivery systems
• At least 4 years of working experience in the service industry, preferably in healthcare or insurance
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work with minimum supervision and prioritize tasks effectively
