Description
We are seeking a Projektchef Distribution to lead a group of experienced project managers and specialists driving investment projects within district heating distribution. As Projektchef Distribution, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring safe, efficient, and sustainable development of the distribution network. You will act as a link between customer needs, distribution operations, and production.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure delivery of the investment portfolio according to set goals for health and safety, economics, timeline, quality, and risk management.
- Lead, develop, and coach a team of around nine project managers and specialists.
- Ensure effective collaboration with procurement, contractors, authorities, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure quality of decision-making documents for investment decisions, including business cases, risk assessments, change management, and economic follow-up.
- Represent the team in leadership groups.
- Create a close connection between project operations and the receiving distribution organization.
- Participate in developing project management, project models, portfolio prioritization, and resource planning.
Qualifications:
- Academic education as a civil engineer, high school engineer, or equivalent, preferably in energy, machine, electrical, or construction and installation.
- Experience and ability to lead others.
- Extensive experience in project management within plant projects in energy, process, or industrial environments.
- Experience in project management and structure, such as portfolio management, planning, risk management, cost control, change and contract management, and sponsorship.
- Experience in introducing, developing, and ensuring compliance with project methodology.
- Very good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written.
