FBS Agile Dev Team Member II- Java Angular

We are seeking an Agile Dev Team Member II with Java and Angular skills to join our team in Hyderabad, India. As an Agile Dev Team Member II, you will have collective responsibility for the design, development, testing, and deployment of system functionality.

The ideal candidate will have a development or testing discipline and provide technical feasibility using basic coding methods and adhere to coding standards. You will ensure systems are high in code and component quality and are easily modified to support future requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Interpreting customer needs into viable solutions and providing input into system design
• Writing and refining user stories with clear and accurate acceptance criteria
• Performing detailed impact assessments and estimating user stories using relative sizing of story points
• Identifying and raising issues and risks with functional design
• Partnering with the Product Owner to confirm code and acceptance tests reflect the desired functionality
• Executing Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) to build in quality
• Coding instructions for computer programs/objects/components and configuring packaged software
• Quality checking program code, related objects, and documentation
• Delivering working code each sprint

As an Agile Dev Team Member II with a development discipline, you will:

• Code instructions for computer programs/objects/components

• Demonstrate ability to read and write simple code
• Modify code in an existing file
• Execute basic data creation tools and read automation test results
• Demonstrate understanding of fundamentals of automation tools and framework

As an Agile Dev Team Member II with a testing discipline, you will:

• Analyze system and business requirements for testability
• Identify common errors that occur in standard application testing
• Develop, document, execute, and maintain test cases and test data
• Report status of test plan execution through defect logs and defect tracking system
• Define comprehensive test plans needed to achieve appropriate level of coverage
• Analyze test results and assist with trouble-shooting and root cause analysis
• Utilize basic testing tools such as data creation, run batch processes, and test automation tools
• Apply Risk-Based Testing techniques to planning and execution
• Write test cases describing business behavior to facilitate automation with some guidance
• Contribute to the overall test strategy with limited ability
• Assist with resolution of environmental issues
