As a Duty Management Intern at Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam, you will assist the Duty Manager in the operations of the hotel and represent the management team in their absence.
The hotel is a five-star luxury hotel located in the heart of Amsterdam, offering unforgettable experiences for guests and meaningful development opportunities for hospitality professionals.
During this internship, you will have the opportunity to:
- Assist in the work of a Duty Manager in an international, luxury five-star hotel
- Participate in various cross-trainings across different hotel departments
- Gain exposure to quality management and operational coordination projects
- Take part in an operational management shift once per month, providing valuable insight into daily hotel operations and decision-making

In return, you will receive:
- An internship allowance of €750 gross per month, based on 38 hours per week

To be successful in this role, you will need to:
- Be studying hospitality management at HBO level
- Be available for at least 5 months
- Speak English fluently (other languages are a plus)
- Be flexible, serious, and attentive, and stand firmly in your shoes
