Physical Therapist

Duly Health and Care is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist in Naperville, IL.

The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to build their practice with quality care, having 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up visits, with no double booking or required marketing.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualised, one-on-one care to patients
• Work alongside PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians, and advanced practice providers
• Participate in a structured 6-month mentorship program

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license

Schedule

• Monday–Friday, including two evenings per week until 7:00 PM
• Last patient scheduled at 6:00 PM

Compensation

• Base salary: $77,000–$110,000, based on experience and qualifications
• This position may also be eligible for a sign-on bonus and additional financial incentives
