Description
We are seeking a Senior Program Management Specialist to join our Space Electronics Programs team in El Segundo, CA. As a Senior Program Management Specialist, you will lead development of project architecture and top-level plans, identify key program level interfaces, facilitate issue resolution, and support program execution.
Responsibilities:
- Leads development of project architecture and top-level plans
- Identifies key program level horizontal and vertical integration interfaces
- Facilitates issue resolution
- Supports program execution by coordinating program metrics
- Integrates Program Management Best Practices
- Implements customer and program communication plans
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining integrated schedules
- 5+ years of experience analyzing data, creating reports, and presenting results
- 3+ years of experience working with planning and scheduling processes, cost analysis, and EVMS
- 3+ years of experience performing in a leadership role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Technical manufacturing experience in digital/power and RF electronics in a space environment
- Experience creating integrated schedules encompassing design, manufacturing, equipment, and resource requirements
- Experience leading a team executing government-required Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Experience with Space Launch System (SLS) electronics

Salary Range: $168,300 - $227,700
