Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in home or clinic settings
- Implement individualized treatment plans and programs created by a supervising BCBA
- Collect data and submit session notes
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors
- Attend regular staff meetings and training sessions
- Commute to various locations using your own vehicle and be punctual for appointments
- Perform other assigned duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience working with children or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
- Effective English communication, both verbal and written
- Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, supervisors, and families
- Valid state ID
- Reliable transportation
- Pass a criminal background check
