We are seeking team members for seasonal roles at Target, offering a starting hourly rate of $16.00 USD per hour.

Responsibilities As a Seasonal Team Member, you will:
- Provide tailored suggestions and solutions to guests through active selling and visual merchandising presentations
- Welcome, thank, and exceed guest service expectations by focusing on guest interaction and recovery
- Ensure product is set, in-stock, accurately priced, and signed on the sales floor
- Execute daily/weekly workload to support business priorities and deliver on sales goals

Additional Expectations We also expect our team members to:
- Accurately handle cash register operations
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely, including frequently lifting or moving merchandise up to 40 pounds
- Have a flexible work schedule (e.g., nights, weekends, and holidays) and regular attendance
