As a Retail Team Member, you'll play a crucial role in keeping our stores in top shape. Your focus will be to ensure shelves are stocked, amenities are clean and the site is looking its best.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the site's appearance and take pride in the store's look.
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations using your retail experience.
- Collaborate effectively with your colleagues in a team environment.
- Maintain high standards of safety and accuracy with attention to detail.
- Be ready to work weekends and afternoon shifts with flexible availability.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to operate a POS system and handle cash accurately.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, with availability for overnights and weekends.
