The Product team listens to our customers’ needs and translates those insights into a clear product vision. The team works closely with design, engineering, and analytics to build scalable financial products that empower people to manage their money with confidence.
We’re looking for a Product Designer to join us in supporting our post-purchase experience and international expansion. As a designer, you are responsible for crafting experiences that build trust, confidence and deliver on our principles of honest, transparent financial products.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for key initiatives within our UK and international experiences, as well as our post purchase experiences globally, across App and Web.
- Own complex flows and ambiguous problem spaces, defining clear problem statements, success metrics, and design direction.
- Partner closely with product, engineering, and data to make informed trade-offs and deliver intuitive, high-quality experiences.
- Balance speed and quality, making pragmatic decisions while contributing to a cohesive product experience.
- Use research, data, and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
- Contribute to design systems and patterns, strengthening consistency and scalability across your area.
- Facilitate alignment and decision-making, ensuring teams move forward with clarity.
- Support and mentor other designers, helping raise the quality of work across the team.
Requirements
- Strong Craft & Execution: You consistently deliver polished, thoughtful interaction and visual design with high attention to detail.
- Product Thinking: You balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to make sound design decisions and improve end-to-end experiences.
- Ownership & Initiative: You take ownership of ambiguous problems and drive work forward with minimal oversight.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: You build strong partnerships, communicate clearly, and help teams align on decisions and trade-offs.
- Data-Informed Decision Making: You use research, experimentation, and analytics to guide your work and iterate toward better outcomes.
- Team-Level Influence: You’re a trusted design partner within your area, contributing to direction and improving how the team works.
- Growth & Adaptability: You seek feedback, continuously improve your craft, and leverage modern tools,including AI,to accelerate your workflow.
- Tools & Experience: Proficiency with modern design and collaboration tools (Figma, G Suite, Notion, etc.).
- 5+ years of product design experience or equivalent practical experience.
