Beauty Expert

We are seeking a Beauty Expert to join our team at Manchester Airport. As a Beauty Expert, you will work at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs, feeding on the buzz of achieving your goals and being the best you can be.

You will be a champion of the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience, serving as a Charlotte Tilbury brand ambassador and passing on your knowledge to customers. You will live and breathe the Charlotte Tilbury makeup looks, recreating the magic for your customers and offering advice and guidance.

Responsibilities include:

• Working at a fast pace to achieve and exceed KPIs
• Being a team player and adapting to change at the last minute
• Championing the art of world-class artistry and an impeccable customer experience
• Following company grooming standards

Requirements:

• Experience as a Sales Advisor, preferably in a fast-paced environment such as beauty, retail, or FMCG
• Experience in applying makeup and adapting your style to different customers with different needs
• Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including early and late shifts
• Ability to provide a five-year working and personal reference, along with a Criminal Reference Check
