Match Experience Senior Specialist / マッチエクスペリエンス シニアスペシャリスト

We are seeking a Match Experience Senior Specialist to lead the delivery of home games for our men's and women's teams. As a senior specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of match days throughout the season, using your expertise in competition regulations and relevant laws.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the delivery of home games, ensuring a seamless experience for spectators
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to develop security plans for the season
• Working with club staff and volunteers to provide a safe and enjoyable match day experience
• Providing an exciting stadium experience for fans

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of event management experience
• Knowledge and experience of football operations, preferably in J League or university leagues
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong planning and organizational skills
• Ability to empathize with stakeholders and build strong relationships
• University degree or professional qualification preferred
• Native-level Japanese language skills
• English language skills a plus
