Description
At Braze, we're a genuinely approachable, exceptionally kind, and intensely passionate crew. We seek to ignite that passion by setting high standards, championing teamwork, and creating work-life harmony as we collectively navigate rapid growth on a global scale while striving for greater equity and opportunity – inside and outside our organization.
The Partnerships department operates in a fast-paced environment with a lean team. As a Program Manager, Partnerships, you will own key priorities, drive execution, and maintain clear visibility into project status, blockers, and ownership. You will collaborate across every functional pillar, establishing clear workstream visibility and managing high-priority ad-hoc projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining one view of cross-departmental initiatives using Jira as the source of truth
- Taking projects from brief to delivery, agreeing scope and owners, building plans, chasing dependencies, managing timelines, and running follow-ups
- Supporting the Partnerships contribution to events like SKO and Forge Partner Day
- Driving cross-functional initiatives that cut across teams and need a single owner for delivery
- Supporting the department's OKRs, monthly and quarterly business reviews, quarterly narratives, and monthly All Hands
- Building trackers and templates, chasing inputs, preparing pre-reads, and helping run sessions
- Supporting the SVP, Partnerships and Partner Operations team with annual planning and employee engagement surveys
- If the acquisition of Braze by Salesforce completes, helping plan and track work to bring the Braze partner program in line with the broader Salesforce partner program and ecosystem
What This Role Is Really About: A department our size can't hire a specialist for every function. We need someone who can pick up whatever matters most this month, run it properly, and leave something behind that works without them. You will not own the content or the decisions. You will own the delivery and the clarity around it.
Who You Are:
- 5-8 years in program management, project management, or strategy and operations roles at a B2B SaaS or technology company
- Has driven cross-functional programs from brief to delivery with several stakeholders and senior people
- Has built visibility across a portfolio of workstreams using trackers, status reporting, and tools like Jira
- A strong writer and storyteller, able to turn updates and numbers into something leaders grasp quickly
- Skilled at facilitation, running meetings with senior people, keeping them to time, and leaving with clear actions and owners
- Data-driven, comfortable building trackers and spotting when numbers don't add up
- Highly organised, able to manage many deadlines and different kinds of work at once without losing detail
- Happy to build process from nothing and pragmatic about keeping it light enough to survive a busy quarter
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, and Confluence
