Business Development Manager (IPMI)

At AIA, we've started an exciting movement to create a healthier, more sustainable future for everyone. We're looking for a Business Development Manager to focus on International Private Medical Insurance (IPMI) within our Corporate Solutions division.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing new IPMI business across various distribution channels, including AIA Tied Distribution, Broker, and Direct. Key responsibilities include:

• Achieving IPMI new business sales targets and other key performance indicators
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key intermediaries and direct corporate clients
• Proactively setting appointments and business meetings to build new business pipelines
• Organising and participating in external networking events to generate potential corporate leads
• Providing timely and accurate sales activity data and prospect information
• Pitching and delivering corporate sales presentations to direct corporate clients
• Keeping IPMI product and marketing materials up to date
• Participating in scheduled sales training and professional development courses

We're looking for candidates with:

• A Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 3-5 years of experience in IPMI or Employee Benefits with a demonstrated sales track record
• Effective problem-solving, presentation, influencing, and negotiation skills
• Strong competency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Good knowledge of the IPMI market with technical proficiency in IPMI Employee Benefits
• Broad understanding of compliance issues related to local legislation and industry trends
• Proficiency in English language

This role is based at the AIA Tower, with occasional work required at other AIA offices in Alexandra and Tampines.
