Syneos Health is seeking a Sr Clinical Operation Specialist / Lead Clinical Operation Specialist to join their Clinical Solutions team. The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of relevant CTA experience, with experience in centralized monitoring being preferred. The role is home-based, and immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
The Sr Clinical Operation Specialist / Lead Clinical Operation Specialist will provide support for the setup and maintenance of information in Clinical Trial Management Systems and other systems as applicable. This will include updating data, timelines, milestones, and ethics committee/health authority authorizations on an ongoing basis.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the (Sr.) Clinical Project Manager with study budget management, ensuring accurate planning, tracking, and reporting of clinical study budgets and grant plans.
- Setting up and maintaining the Trial Master File, ensuring that all key documents are present and filed as appropriate.
- Tracking clinical studies/projects/activities progress, ensuring CTMS, TMF, and other systems are up to date.
- Providing logistical support to study teams, including onboarding processes and external service provider coordination.
- Championing the implementation of operational changes and transitions as required.
The Sr Clinical Operation Specialist / Lead Clinical Operation Specialist may also be required to support additional activities, such as developing monitoring plans, providing input to eCRF design and review, and performing central monitoring and data oversight.
