Description
We are seeking a Data Science Manager to lead a team of globally distributed data scientists and drive marketing services data science goals.
The role involves:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to design and develop advanced analytics and data science solutions
- Proposing creative solutions to existing challenges
- Researching emerging AI, machine learning, and data science technologies
- Measuring and validating machine learning models
- Applying various machine learning and deep learning techniques
- Translating complex findings into clear insights for stakeholders
- Designing and implementing robust data pipelines
- Contributing to the development of frameworks and standards for responsible AI solutions
Requirements:
- Experience in researching and adopting new technologies, especially in GenAI and agentic space
- Experience in driving development, validation, and monitoring of predictive models
- Experience in data management, mining, analytics, reporting, and quantitative analysis
- Strong academic background in Computer Science, Data Science, Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Python, Spark, Hadoop platforms, and SQL
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks, libraries, and software architecture
- Familiarity with relevant technologies such as GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, TensorFlow, Sklearn, and Pandas
