Physical Therapist - Outpatient

We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Crestview, Florida. As a Physical Therapist at PT Solutions, you will play a vital role in expanding access to transformative care and leading the way in innovative therapy practices.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a diverse caseload, including orthopedic, sports medicine, and pelvic health patients. Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system

Requirements:

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program
• Current or pending state licensure
• BLS certification
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day)

What We Offer:

• Base salary: $73,000 - $90,000 per year
• Monthly incentive bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
