We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at Team Rehab, a therapist-owned family of outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Job Details:
- Salary: $78,000 - $90,000 per year + monthly bonus potential

- Mentorship: 13-week structured mentorship program with weekly 1:1 sessions

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs
- Build your dream caseload and work with a team that has your back
- Collaborate with techs and maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour)
- Prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas
Qualifications:
- Doctorate or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain)
