Description
We are seeking a FBS Scrum Master II to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. As a Scrum Master, you will exhibit the fundamental qualities of a servant leader and demonstrate the fundamental principles and benefits of the Agile framework in an effort to improve team performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.
You will assist teams in meeting their delivery goals through enforcing team working agreements, communication techniques, coordination, and cooperation. You will identify and eliminate impediments, and provide ongoing coaching and development.
As a Scrum Master, you will act as a servant leader for a single team and stakeholders. You will aid the team and Product Owner in efforts to manage and sequence the backlog. You will lead less complex teams with work contained with limited external team impact or dependencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Eliminating impediments and resolving issues with frequent support from Release Train Engineer or other resources
- Resolving and managing dependencies with frequent guidance from Release Train Engineer or other resources to support team improvement and promote high performance
- Managing team performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity
- Identifying SAFe anti-patterns and resolving them with frequent support
- Utilizing beginner coaching capabilities to influence the team and help coach on practices and procedures
- Participating, facilitating, and managing the outputs of all agile ceremonies
- Demonstrating ongoing desire for knowledge and continuous improvement by pursuing continuous education
