Description
We are seeking a Machine Operator to join our team at 3M Hilden's Tape Module. As a Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our coating plants.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate coating plants independently and efficiently
- Perform regular cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure high-quality production
- Collaborate with the team to optimise processes and resolve technical issues
- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards
- Report production data and quality control results using SAP, MES, and other systems
- Work flexibly in a 4-shift operation, including weekends
Requirements:
- Completed technical apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
- Relevant experience in machine operation and coating processes is desirable
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and quality management principles
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and other software applications
- German language skills (written and spoken)
