We're seeking a Shift Lead to oversee the Wolt Market Keleti team. As a Shift Lead, you'll ensure customer satisfaction, promote the Wolt brand, work precisely and accurately, collaborate with the team, and participate in daily store operations.
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience
- Experience as a shift leader is an advantage, but not required
- Self-motivated and proactive work style
- Assertive communication skills
- Multitasking ability
- Availability for morning, evening, and weekend shifts
- Fluent Hungarian language skills
- Basic English language skills
