## Description

As a Duty Controller at Wellgate Shopping Centre, you will be responsible for carrying out daily control room duties, including monitoring the CCTV system, to ensure the shopping mall, centre management office, public areas, service yards, roads, toilets, common areas, and back-of-house areas are fully secure and clean to a high standard.

You will be required to comply with both security and site procedures, and work in an honest and integral manner, meeting client demands in the best way possible.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor CCTV system

- Ensure shopping mall, centre management office, public areas, service yards, roads, toilets, common areas, and back-of-house areas are fully secure and clean

- Comply with security and site procedures

Requirements:

- Valid SIA CCTV licence and either a Door Supervisor or Security Guarding licence

- Exceptional communication, written and spoken

- Security experience desirable

- Strong customer service focus with attention to detail

- Self-motivation, confidence, and enthusiasm

- Flexible and supportive team player

- Ability to work effectively and flexibly within a busy, dynamic working environment

- Confident and committed to providing a high-quality professional service

- Focused on delivering excellent customer service
