## Description

We are seeking a Workforce Management Senior Forecasting Analyst to join our team at Barclays. As a Workforce Management Senior Forecasting Analyst, you will play a critical role in optimising staffing levels, forecasts, scheduling, and workforce allocation through data analysis to enhance the customer experience within the bank's operations.

**Accountabilities**

- Manage staff optimisation levels, forecasting, and scheduling resources by analysing data, business volume, and trends to support the workforce allocation process.

- Collaborate with teams across the bank to align and integrate workforce management processes and governance.

- Develop and implement workforce management strategies, processes, and controls to mitigate risks and maintain efficient banking operations.

- Identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations for change in workforce management processes.

- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve workforce management efficiency and effectiveness.

- Develop and manage staffing schedules to optimise staffing levels to meet business needs.

**Analyst Expectations**

- Perform prescribed activities in a timely manner and to a high standard, consistently driving continuous improvement.

- Require in-depth technical knowledge and experience in their assigned area of expertise.

- Lead and supervise a team, guiding and supporting professional development, allocating work requirements, and coordinating team resources.

**Requirements**

- Experience using data analysis and problem-solving skills to support business decision-making and forecasting activities.

- Familiarity working with large datasets, including coding knowledge such as Python or similar tools, along with proficiency in MS Office.

- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate insights effectively across business functions.
