**Job Overview**

As a Warehouse Associate or Warehouse Worker at Target, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Following all safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

- Attending safety trainings to learn how to work safely in a fast-paced warehouse environment

- Packing, loading, and shipping items to stores and guests

- Ensuring accurate processing of merchandise to our stores and guests

- Working safely, quickly, and efficiently to handle freight and move inventory throughout the warehouse

- Maintaining a neat, clean, and organized work area

- Reporting to work on time and completing job tasks as assigned accurately and on time

- Engaging in problem-solving to support continuous improvement

- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

**Requirements**

For both Warehouse Worker and Warehouse Associate roles:

- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing 35-50 lbs. frequently throughout a shift

- Able to lift and carry merchandise weighing up to 60 lbs. occasionally throughout a shift

- Standing, walking, pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching during shifts

- Maintaining a positive and respectful attitude while working independently and in a team environment

- Basic math skills (counting, addition, subtraction)

- Ability to accurately read labels, tickets, and other product documentation

- Operating computer systems or handheld devices with minimal direction after receiving training

- Good written and oral communication skills

- Must be able to understand, speak, and read English with sufficient proficiency

**Additional Requirements**

For Warehouse Worker only:

- Able to be trained on and operate all powered equipment safely (including Pallet Rider, Scissor Lift, Sit Down & Standup Forklift)

- Working at heights of up to 40ft where applicable

For Food Distribution Center only:

- Able to work in various temperature-controlled environments including refrigerator and freezer for majority of shift
