## Description

At Spotify, we're looking for a skilled lawyer to join our Advertising and Monetizations Legal Group. As a member of this team, you will partner with and provide guidance to our advertising team members, supporting the expansion of Spotify's advertising business across various markets around the world.

Your primary responsibility will be to advise colleagues on agreements with advertisers, publishers, advertising technology platforms, and third-party vendors. You will also support compliance with regulatory requirements as Spotify's advertising business expands.

In addition to providing legal guidance, you will work closely with our advertising business to understand their priorities and help them achieve their objectives. You will also manage contract drafting, review, and negotiation across a range of commercial agreements with external partners.

As a subject matter expert within the legal team for international advertising matters, you will work alongside other legal team members to prepare guidance materials and deliver training sessions aimed at achieving scalability and greater efficiencies.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a robust understanding of the legal principles in the advertising sector, including privacy requirements, regulatory developments, and consumer protection laws. You will also need to have strong working knowledge and experience working with product counselling, intellectual property, and legal issues relating to programmatic advertising, digital products, technology, privacy, consumer protection, and media.

We offer a competitive salary range of $170,366 - $243,380 plus equity, as well as a range of benefits including health insurance, six-month paid parental leave, 401(k) retirement plan, monthly meal allowance, 23 paid days off, 13 paid flexible holidays, and paid sick leave.
