## Description

As a Staff Software Engineer at Honor Technology, you will play a key role in shaping the future of aging care. You will work on core services that power how families find care and how Care Professionals do their work,systems that directly support Honor's mission every day.

You will be working with the DemandGen Team, powering Honor's public digital experiences and growth channels that help thousands of families find the care they need.

## Skills

### Required
- Strong backend engineering experience
- Experience designing relational data models
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS)
- Experience with API design, distributed systems, and backend performance considerations
- Proficiency in Python

### Nice to have
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as React
- Typescript, and Tailwind
- Experience with using AI tooling to assist with productivity in both coding and deployment
