## Description

Capital One's Product Management team is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Enterprise Core Platform team. The team is responsible for building real-time, intelligent processing critical to manage accounts and transactions for Capital One's Card line of business.

As a Senior Associate Product Manager, you will drive discovery and delivery of critical capabilities across Collections, Fraud, Disputes, and Credit Bureau product lines. You will work closely with tech teams, designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts to identify opportunities and build cutting-edge solutions that help customers.

In this role, you'll learn the essentials of being a product manager and grow in four key areas:

- Human Centered: Collaborate with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria and elevate any need for additional research.

- Business Focused: Demonstrate a growth mindset, effectively use hypothesis-driven assessment of data, and own and prioritize feature development roadmaps.

- Technology Driven: Run structured discovery, collaborate with designers, technologists, data scientists, and subject-matter experts, and stay ahead of technology trends.

- Integrated Problem Solving: Challenge problem statements, test assumptions, and evaluate key risks with data.

- Transformational Leadership: Participate in horizontal forums, articulate a succinct product roadmap, and share with stakeholders.

Basic qualifications include a Bachelor's degree or military experience and at least 1 year of product management experience or related experience.

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering, 1+ years translating business strategy or analysis into consumer-facing digital products, 1+ years of experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences, and 1+ years working with cross-functional teams as a product owner in an agile development process.

The salary range for this role varies by location: McLean, VA ($111,200 - $126,900), New York, NY ($121,300 - $138,400), Richmond, VA ($101,100 - $115,400), Riverwoods, IL ($101,100 - $115,400).

This role is eligible to earn performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives.
