## Description

We're looking for a motivated and organised Project Manager to join our growing Project Management team at Dynisma. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their project management career (ideally 2–5 years' experience) to develop their skills and grow within a fast-paced, innovative engineering environment.

Reporting to the Lead Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of our cutting-edge motion simulator projects - ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. You'll work closely with experienced engineers and technical specialists across multiple disciplines, gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle.

**Responsibilities:**

- Supporting the delivery of complex engineering projects, from initial planning through to build and commissioning

- Working with our team of world-class engineers and operations specialists to ensure every part of the project meets our high standards of quality and performance

- Helping to plan and coordinate project timelines, resources, and budgets

- Monitoring progress, identifying and managing risks, and helping resolve project challenges as they arise

- Preparing and presenting project updates, status reports and documentation for key stakeholders

- Building strong relationships across teams to ensure alignment and smooth communication

**Requirements:**

- A degree or equivalent experience

- 2–5 years’ experience working in a project management role, ideally within an engineering, technology or manufacturing environment

- A solid understanding of project management principles and practices

- A proactive mindset with great problem-solving skills and a logical approach to tasks

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- A collaborative attitude and the confidence to work with cross-functional teams
