## Description

We are seeking an engineer to join our Technology & Innovation team at Williams F1 Team, based in Grove, Wantage.

As part of this role, you will work closely with Eoghain McLaughlin, our Technology & Innovation lead, to drive innovation and technological advancements within the team.

Responsibilities:

- Work on cutting-edge projects to develop and implement new technologies

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements

- Analyse data and develop insights to inform business decisions

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders

Requirements:

- Strong technical skills in a relevant discipline (e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science)

- Experience with data analysis and interpretation

- Excellent communication and project management skills
