## Description

Join M&S as a Customer Assistant in our Food section, working through the night on Saturdays and Sundays. You'll be at the frontline of the UK's fastest-growing retailer, providing five-star service, recommending products, and driving sales growth.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional customer service in a high-pressure environment

- Utilise digital tools, such as the Sparks App and in-store devices, to enhance the customer experience

- Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues

- Adapt to changing demands and work across various areas of the store

Requirements:

- Be at least 18 years old due to health and safety legislation

- Be digitally confident and able to use digital tools

- Be a team player and flexible in your work approach

Working Hours:

- Saturday: 22:00-06:00

- Sunday: 20:00-04:00

Due to operational requirements, all successful candidates may be asked to work up to full-time hours in the weeks commencing 13th and 20th December.
